Speaker: Bob Toth, Law office of Robert J. Toth Jr.
 
Bob has more than 30 years of experience in employee benefits law, whose practice focuses on the design, administration and distribution of financial products and services for retirement plans, one which combines elements of ERISA, tax law, insurance law, securities law and investment law for defined contribution plans.  Bob is a Fellow of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel and; Adjunct Professor at John Marshall School of Law's Employee Benefits LLM Program; he has written several leading articles on using annuities in defined contribution plans; co-authored Thompson Publishing's "The 403(b) and 457 Plan Requirements Handbook"; and is the 403(b) editor for "Tax Facts".   Graduate of Wayne State University Law School and the University of Michigan. 
Industry memberships and activities include the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA); co-founder of the ASPPA Benefits Council of Northern Indiana; member of the IRS Great Lakes TE/GE Council; Advisory Council, John Marshall Law School Employee Benefits Law Program; Past Chair, American Council of Life Insurance's Pension Committee; American Bar Association Section of Taxation; Indiana and Michigan Bar Associations.

 
 
Speaker: Tom Horton, Barrett McNagny

Tom focuses his practice in the areas of ERISA and employee Benefits, including counseling clients on the design, drafting, and compliance issues on qualified plans. He regularly presents on employee benefit topics locally and regionally. He is a member of the Allen County Bar Association and is a past president of the ASPPA Benefits Council of Northern Indiana, a past president and a member of the board of directors of Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana and is currently a member of the advisory board of Mad Anthony Children's Hope House, Inc.
