PenChecks Trust, ASPPA Announce Annual QKA Scholarships Program

Would you, or someone you know, like to receive the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) credential? This credential is ideal for retirement plan professionals looking to further their careers. PenChecks Trust Company of America (PenChecks Trust®) and the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) are pleased to announce the annual QKA Scholarship Program for ASPPA’s QKA credential program.

ASPPA, in conjunction with PenChecks Trust, will award QKA Scholarships to six individuals who successfully demonstrate how the QKA designation will enhance their career in the retirement plan industry.

In addition to covering all of the expenses and course materials for the QKA credential, PenChecks Trust also will sponsor each recipient’s first year of ASPPA membership upon successful completion of the QKA exam, for a total value of $2,300.

This year’s recipients will be announced at the 2018 ASPPA Annual Conference, which will be held on Oct. 21-24 in National Harbor, MD.

Applications for this year’s scholarship must be received no later than Friday, Sept. 21. Additional information about the PenChecks ASPPA QKA Scholarship and how to apply, is available on the scholarship webpage.
