Please take five minutes to participate in a fun, interactive online voting tool — tell us what industry trend regularly causes you the most pain and prevents you from becoming more successful.
The is the same voting tool that was used last summer to help shape the agenda of the 2014 NAPA 401(k) Summit. The technology is based on an algorithm developed by a team at the Department of Sociology at Princeton that sorts and ranks the ideas that users suggest. (For more on the technology, click here.) Here’s how it works:
- The online tool presents two session ideas. You pick your favorite — or add your own idea for others to then vote on.
- The process is then repeated, with two more ideas to choose from and another opportunity to suggest a better one. Every time you suggest an idea, it’s added to the pool of ideas that others vote on.
- If you can’t choose between the two, click “I can’t decide” and tell us why.
- You can vote as often as you’d like, and see which topics are in the lead.
