About the Speaker

James C. Paul is a benefits attorney and a shareholder of Employee Benefits Law Group. In practice for over 30 years, Jim provides practical guidance and advice for employers, plan sponsors, advisors and other clients regarding qualified pension and profit sharing plans, nonqualified deferred compensation and other employee benefits. In 2010, he was elected to the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel, the highest honor awarded to ERISA lawyers. Jim previously served on the ASPPA Leadership Council, and frequently speaks and writes on employee benefit plan issues.
