Close the Gap, But Not at the Expense of the Private Retirement Industry
The opening session of the 2023 ASPPA Annual expressed agreement with the notion of closing the coverage gap but also evinced great concern over the effect of legislation to create a federal retirement savings program on the private-sector retirement industry.

Bonestroo Hails ASPPA Role; Iverson Assumes 2024 Presidency
Bonestroo also thanked 2024 President-Elect Amanda Rae Iverson, APM, for her help and support during his term of office. And he expressed confidence in her tenure in the role he held, remarking the "she will be a fantastic president in 2024.”
